Ironshell Mobility helps active people move and feel better with assisted stretching, mobility work, breathing strategies, and stability-focused practice. Mobile/in-home sessions are available in Midland, Clare, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding areas, with a permanent Back to Baseline location also available in Mount Pleasant. Every session is tailored to support comfort, flexibility, confidence, and long-term movement quality. At Ironshell Mobility, it's never too late to move better, feel better, and live better.
Every new client begins with a 60-minute assisted stretch session so the first appointment stays simple, comfortable, and easy to schedule. After that, future visits can stay stretch-focused or include more mobility, stability, breathing, and movement-pattern work.
Through nearly two years of hands-on stretching experience with hundreds of clients, I have seen how small movement limits can affect work, family, sports, and everyday life. Assisted stretching can be adapted for a wide range of people and goals, from youth athletes learning how to move well, to active adults, expecting mothers looking for comfort-focused mobility support, and older adults who still do not want to miss out on the things they love.
Pregnancy-related sessions are kept gentle, comfort-focused, and adapted to the client. Medical clearance may be recommended when appropriate.
